Ballroom

This grand dining room is used for those very special events - weddings, dances, holiday events and elegant dinners - as well as large group meetings and business events. Windows stretch the length of the southern walls of the room to offer beautiful views of the first tee, twelfth green and practice facilities. This room provides a perfect setup for holiday buffets and also features a dance floor when it’s time to bring in the band. When opened to the Main Dining Room, these spaces support seating for over three hundred guests.

Cocktail Lounge

The Cocktail Lounge provides a very private and intimate place for cocktails and dining. Located adjacent to the Main Dining Room, it welcomes members and guests to a peaceful atmosphere with a full menu for their dining enjoyment. Booths, tables and a bar offer our members a variety of seating options. This is a perfect venue for an out-of-the-way, peaceful evening with your best friend.

Main Dining Room

The Main Dining Room offers members and guest a slightly more formal environment for entertaining on those special occasions. Tables can be arranged for large parties or for just a couple wanting to enjoy a fabulous meal. Our chef offers a full menu of delicious entrees, appetizers and desserts with daily specials that highlight wonderful culinary options. A welcoming fireplace in the cooler months and enchanting music being played on a grand piano add special touches to your evening experience.

Champions Room

Adjacent to the Golf Shop and the men’s locker room, the Champions Room is a great space for a relaxing lunch or cocktail after a round of golf. A gathering space for regular business lunches, this room also hosts the Men’s 9-Hole League buffet on weeknights and is a great place to begin every tournament throughout the golf season. On weekends, the Champions Room is open for more formal dining and for special parties. This room has a full bar stretching the width of the room.

Board Room

The Board Room is an ideal venue for business meetings, small conferences and the occasional special dinner. Appointed with a large circular conference table and comfortable seating, the Board Room seats eighteen – a great place to start the day with a continental breakfast, a cup of coffee and a vibrant interchange of ideas. This room, like all Fairlawn Country Club rooms, can be furnished with audio-video equipment for smaller private, board or business functions.

Acorn Grille

One of the most popular dining rooms at Fairlawn, the Acorn Grille offers a full menu from sandwiches and salads to steaks and seafood. The atmosphere and dress are more casual in this welcoming space, perfect for greeting friends and meeting other members of the club. Open on two sides to the driving range and outdoor pavilion, the room has spectacular views. It is a favorite gathering space after mixed golf tournaments or for lunches and family dinners. A full bar extends across the west side of the Acorn Grille, providing a great place to enjoy a cocktail and watch your favorite sporting event on one of the many wide screens in the room.

Seiberling Room

One of the first rooms that greets you at the club is the Seiberling Room. It is decorated in warm, traditional style with wood-paneled walls, comfortable living room seating and a wood-burning fireplace for those cold winter months. A room to meet guests, enjoy an after-dinner cocktail or just a pleasant conversation with a friend, the Seiberling Room is an elegant and welcoming space to enjoy.

Fairlawn/Presidents Room

Several regular meetings take place at Fairlawn Country Club throughout the week, and the Fairlawn Room and Presidents Room are perfect venues for these group meetings. Located close to the entry to the club, the Fairlawn Room and the Presidents Room can be used separately or opened to each other to allow up to 60 guests for private meetings or parties, business conferences or other gatherings. More formally decorated with wood paneling and chandeliers, these rooms are also perfect for smaller group dining.

Veranda Room

The Veranda Room offers panorama views of the golf course and practice facilities. It seats up to 75 people and provides a reception space for up to 120 guests. Before dining, members and guests can enjoy a cocktail on the Veranda Room balcony, which stretches the length of the club on the south side. Cocktail tables allow guests to enjoy hors d’oeuvres, a glass of wine and friendly outdoor conversation. The Veranda Room is truly a wonderful place to show off the beauty of Fairlawn Country Club.

Pavilion

The newest addition to Fairlawn Country Club’s dining experience is the Pavilion. Alfresco dining, a view of the driving range and beautiful sunsets add to the enjoyment of the Pavilion. With its full menu, the Pavilion and adjacent outdoor dining areas have become favorite locations among members of the club. A quick salad or sandwich before a round of golf, an evening cocktail or a full-course dinner – all are available at the Pavilion. This will be a dining experience that you will not forget.
