Full Golf Memberships

Resident
  • Full Club privileges: golf, clubhouse, swimming pool and tennis
  • Right to vote
  • Age 40 and older

Associate
  • Full Club privileges: golf, clubhouse, swimming pool and tennis
  • Age 21-39

Social Memberships

Activities Social
  • Clubhouse, swimming pool and tennis privileges
  • Limited golf privileges

Clubhouse Social
  • Clubhouse privileges

Other Types of Memberships

Corporate
  • Corporations and businesses may join with a minimum of three designees at one initiation fee.
  • Designees choose their own membership classification.

Transfer
  • Members of other private country clubs may transfer into Fairlawn Country Club.
  • Applicants must be a current member, in good standing, of a qualifying private country club within the previous 12 months.
  • Applicants may retain membership at their previous country club.

Non-Resident
  • Full Club privileges
  • Eligibility:
    1. An adult whose primary residence is outside a 50-mile radius of the corporate limits of the City of Akron, Ohio.
    2. Is not physically present within said radius for more than one hundred eighty days during any calendar year.
